Crow’s Nest Restaurant, Tavern & Marina is a few minutes on foot. Venice Beach and the South Jetty are an easy walk. Historic downtown — coffee, shops, Saturday market — is a short trip from the island.

This is a full two-bedroom, two-bath condo, not a hotel room: updated kitchen, in-unit stacked washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, A/C, and sliders to the water. Coffee on the canal, sunset on the beach. Stays are one month at a time — the HOA does not allow shorter rentals.
